3 bunches of organic arugula, washed and dried
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 whole lemon and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons of raw pumpkin seeds or raw sunflower seeds
8 tablespoons Treeline brand, Classic Hard Cheese, crumbled (cashew cheese, dairy free )
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Lyme Disease On The Rise

As the weather gets warmer, we enjoy more time outdoors. With warm weather comes more exposure to tick bites, which can lead to Lyme Disease. Lyme disease is a bacterial infection of Borrellia burgdorferi, a spirochete bacterium that can take many shapes once it infects humans.

The typical sign from a tick bite would be a ” bulls eye” rash accompanied with fever and pain. However, this really isn’t the best indicator to prove that you have been bitten by a tick.

1 Scoop i5™ Vanilla Delight Protein powder – from Xymogen
10 ounces of cold purified water
1/2 cup of Organic Berries of choice(frozen or fresh)( blueberries, blackberries or strawberries)
1/3rd of an Organic Banana
1 handful of ice
1 teaspoon Organic Chia seeds
