How long are appointments?
Initial office visits range from 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of your health concerns. Follow-up visits are ½ hour for physician visits and craniosacral therapy. While this is typical, more time may be taken to ensure that all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction.

I work during the days and have a difficult time getting to doctor’s appointments. Do you have off-peak office hours?
Yes. We are currently open on Tuesday evenings until 6 pm and Saturdays by appointment.

Do you participate with any insurance plans?
Currently, we do not participate with any insurance plans. Payment is expected at time of service. However, if you have out-of-network benefits as part of your health plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for some of our services. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for our services, contact them directly or speak with your plan administrator. Our office can provide you with a list of questions to ask your insurance company about out-of-network benefits.

I live out-of-state. Can I still have a consultation if I am unable to come in person?

Yes, out-of-state consultations are available, but the scope in which our physicians work is restricted due to regulations about telemedicine. It is absolutely necessary to maintain a working relationship with your local physician as your primary care provider. However, we realize that traveling with a special needs child or other limitation may prohibit someone from being seen in person and we do our best to give guidance to help with your or your child’s health issues.
