Dear Friends and Valued Patients,

I wanted to personally reach out to you, as we navigate this unprecedented global crisis, and give you some updates on how we are managing our office and online store. 

First and foremost, your health and well being is our utmost priority, and we are working diligently to ensure your needs are met while keeping everyone safe during this pandemic.

 As a valued member of our community, we appreciate the trust you place in us. 

We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies and protocols as a result of any new information.

 Here are our most recent updates about our operations currently:

 

If you are a patient:

  • We have moved all appointments to telemedicine, either via phone or video conferencing, until it is deemed safe to go back to in-person office visits. If you are a California resident, video conferencing is treated as an in-office visit.
  • If you have an urgent situation that requires you to be seen, our staff will make arrangements for you to be seen, and we will take all precautions while you are in the office to minimize your exposure.
  • We have at least one staff member coming into the office to help answer phones and fill dispensary and immunotherapy prescriptions for those that need these ongoing treatments. Please note that we may not answer the phone immediately when you call, so do leave a voicemail message, and we will return your call as soon as possible. We are also having our staff answer phones remotely from home, to make sure we get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy and ask them to send us a refill request. Please allow at least 72 hours to refill your prescription. Remember that pharmacies have been overloaded as well, and may have longer than usual turn-around times.
  • We have been following all recommended guidelines for social distancing and disinfection to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

 

If you are a customer:

  • Our warehouse is still operating, as they are deemed as essential in helping maintain the health and wellness of people. However, they have been experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders to process, so you may experience some delay in packing and shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within 2 days of placing your order, as we have been hearing that some shipment details are getting directed into spam folders, instead of their regular mailbox.
  • If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at store@dariningelsnd.com, and one of our staff will be in touch with you to help.


I know you are getting a lot of conflicting information regarding the virus itself, and I am doing my best to stay on top of the most reliable data, so I can share it with you.
