Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons organic raw honey
  • 12 ounces fresh or frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 can full fat Native Forest or Natural Value coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • Tovolo popsicle maker (can be found online or in most health food stores)

Directions

In a Vitamix or similar blender, place all ingredients in and blend on high for 2 minutes. Remove and transfer the mixture into the Popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.

To remove from the mold, run warm water on the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds. This will loosen them up and get them out.
