Ingredients

  • 1- 1½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (you can use maple syrup instead if you don’t like honey)
  • Pinch salt
  • Powdered Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (black seeds or white seeds are ok, Organic seeds are best)

Optional– if you want chocolate flavor use 2-3 Tablespoons organic unsweetened Cocoa powder

As a kid, I always loved pudding as a treat, especially chocolate. Most of the commercial puddings have too much sugar or other ingredients that we try to avoid, so I found a healthier way to enjoy pudding without sacrificing taste.

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

Serve cold & enjoy!
