Fascia is a vital part of the body, providing essential structure and support by connecting every muscle, ligament, tendon, bone, nerve, and organ. When fascia is healthy, it is relaxed and malleable. However, factors such as inflammation, trauma, stress, and poor alignment can cause the fascia to tighten, leading to pain, decreased blood flow, restricted range of motion, and other health issues.
