How to Get Super Healthy Lungs with Dr. Rodger Murphree

Dr. Darin Ingels speaks with Dr. Rodger Murphree again on Resilient Health Radio to talk more about fibromyalgia - and touch on some super-important topics in lung health such as proper breathing techniques, asthma, his upcoming Super Health Lungs Summit, and how to protect your lungs amongst pollution.

Many of us have had some sort of viral or environmental impact to our lungs.  If you have a history of pneumonia, bronchitis, or toxic exposure, your lungs may not be functioning as optimally as they could be.

The health of your lungs can dictate about whether you might be susceptible to infections, which is why keeping our lungs in top shape is vitally important to our bodies.

I spoke with Dr. Rodger Murphree again on Resilient Health Radio to talk more about fibromyalgia – and touch on some super-important topics in lung health such as proper breathing techniques, asthma, his upcoming Super Health Lungs Summit,  and how to protect your lungs amongst pollution.

(Also, to address the elephant in the room: yes:we also talk about C0V!D and long-hauler symptoms.)

The point of Resilient Health Radio is to make your body more resilient. We are exposed to so many toxins in our environment, that we have virtually no control over.

Out here in California, the last several years, we’ve had massive forest fires that fill the air with a very fine ash. This causes low-level inflammation and irritation. We even had days where you couldn’t even go outside.

I’m going to be speaking on Dr. Rodger’s event, the Super Healthy Lungs Summit, which begins on October 17th about Chronic Viral Infections: Prevention and Treatments

My talk will touch on:

  • The lungs function as a barrier to the outside world
  • Why is the frequency of chronic lung infections skyrocketing?
  • Lyme, Candida and other underlying triggers

You will find that the healthier, you can keep your lungs, the healthier you can keep your body.
