Audrey Amir, LCSW- Wellness Coaching

So many people with Lyme disease and other long-term illnesses focus on alleviating physical symptoms, but little attention gets paid to the mental and emotional aspect of being chronically ill. The stress that chronic illness causes for the person who is sick, their family, children, friends and other loved ones can be tremendous. When I was going through Lyme, even having a good support network of friends and family, there were so many times I felt isolated and that people didn’t really understand the way I was feeling. I know what it’s like to feel alone and wanting a counselor who could help navigate the tough times and provide support. This is why I have partnered with Audrey Amir, a Lyme patient and professional therapist, who truly understands life with Lyme disease and the dynamics that it creates in the family.

Audrey is available to help:

  • Provide one-on-one emotional support and counseling
  • Work with you and your partner/family on understanding how Lyme affects you
  • Coach you on your health and wellness journey and provide useful tips on managing your illness

Our convenient online format makes it easy to work with Audrey, no matter where you are in the world. We want you to have someone in your camp to help guide you on your path to recovery and give you the support you need. I have known Audrey for 14 years and have chosen to work with her because of her dedication to helping other Lyme patients and personal commitment to regaining her own health. She is a pleasure to work with and I know you’ll find her to be a great resource for you as you continue to get well.
