9 ounces of almond – coconut milk, unsweetened
1/4 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated, organic fresh ginger or powdered ginger
1 teaspoon organic, ground turmeric, fresh or dried works fine
1 teaspoon organic raw honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper



In a small pot, over low heat, add coconut milk and rest of ingredients. Simmer on low for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently with a whisk. Once it has come to a simmer and becomes slightly frothy, remove from heat and pour into mug. Serve warm.
